Delivery
All of the courses will be at least 80% participative and experiential where students will not only be working in a relevant context using the self generating VFL techniques (VFL - Vehicles for Learning) with their colleagues, but they will also be encouraged to learn from the larger experience through observation and feedback from another perspective.
The skills that the students acquire during these courses will be life changing, affecting not only their own lives in a most significant way but also the organisations they work for and the lives of whomever they interact with a consequential rippling out into the world.
