Your Highest Potential

Nigel Hubbers has a talent  for recognising and supporting the greater potential in others. This has been a consistent theme throughout his working and private life.

 

As a coach he quickly picks up on areas that hinder the clients’ access to their full potential. His skills as a coach address the root causes of these barriers, helps dissolve them, thereby producing a path to success which is open and free. He then introduces novel techniques so that the Inner Genius inside each of us is available to build outstanding relationships and solve complex issues with the least amount of effort. 

 

Nigel works from an understanding that the greatest, consistent motivation comes when we are operating from our own highest purpose, rather than duty, process or seeking rewards.  Finding one's highest purpose is a key theme in his coaching work, as is changing attitudes, dissolving obstacles and replacing old patterns with new skills that produce extraordinary results.
