Nigel has a unique set of professional skills, experiences, and personal qualities: he is a qualified, highly experienced Production Engineer, he owned, led and grew a successful manufacturing business, he is a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner and lectures in business and intercultural communication at Salzburg university.

For over thirty-five years Nigel has worked with highly skilled professionals; supporting their development, creating highly effective teams, inspiring them to produce exceptional results in demanding circumstances.

Extremely culturally aware and adaptable, Nigel has lived and worked in Europe, India, and South America. He is Bi-lingual (Native English, German). An impassioned public speaker: he inspires and captures the committed attention of large audiences on the international stage.

Nigel provides leadership training, training in effective communication and leadership coaching for business owners, professionals, and high potential future leaders, in start-up, SME and international organisations, especially in the manufacturing, smart building, media, wellbeing, retail and hospitality sectors.

He sees his clients’ potential and helps them to unlock it, supporting them to realise potential well beyond expectations. He gives his clients the opportunity to see themselves, their teams and the world from a new viewpoint.
