Leadership, Communication and Team Building Programs

for Under-  Graduate and Post-Graduate Students

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

‘Leadership is more than a business skill; it’s a way of being. Engaging with and influencing others in both professional and social environments comes naturally to proficient Leaders. They bring clarity and enthusiasm to the teams they serve, inspiring them to do their best and be their best. Great leaders produce exceptional results in whatever field they are employed’. Nigel Hubbers

Leadership and Communication Programs

The techniques that Nigel uses allow his students to tap into their innate creativity and open up a world of new possibilities. One of the most significant outcomes is that they are immediately recognised as great communicators and excellent leaders.

Delivery and Assessment

All the courses are highly participative and experiential. Students learn in a relevant context using the self-generating VFL technique (VFL - Vehicles for Learning) with their colleagues and team members. They also learn from observation and feedback from others perspectives. Nigel structures and runs courses appropriate to the cohort he is leading, assesses each individual’s progress along their learning experience, giving guidance and support at regular intervals. At the end of the course there is a final assessment which will indicate the success of the learning outcome. Grades are given according to a range of accepted criteria within the academic framework, integrating with other courses within their program.
